CHINA. Szechuan-Tibet. Rupee, ND (1933-39). PCGS AU-50 Gold Shield. L&M-357; KM-Y-3.5; WS-0759-2. Horizontal rosette variety. The emission from 1933-39 underwent a series of debasements which caused the purity to fluctuate from has high as 75% to as little as 50% silver. A wholesome representative of the type, fully original and as such highly sought after and desirable.
